When you opt in to SMS reminders we collect your mobile phone number, your name if you choose to give it, the date and time of your opt-in, the consent wording you agreed to, and basic technical information (IP address and browser user agent) to keep a record of consent and prevent abuse. We also keep the text messages exchanged with our program number.

If you use the Bona Opera Health Tracker, we store the check-in answers and step counts you send so we can show them on your private dashboard.

Phone numbers and messages are used only to operate the Bona Opera Health Tracker Check-in program: sending about one reminder text a day, responding to HELP and STOP requests, and recording your replies in your private dashboard.

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only exception is the SMS messaging provider and mobile carriers needed to deliver the texts, which process the information solely to deliver messages.

We keep opt-in records for as long as you are subscribed and as needed to show proof of consent. Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encrypted connections, and access is limited to Bona Opera.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time. See the Terms and the SMS opt-in page.
